Echowide is operated by OPERATOR LEGAL NAME, REGISTERED ADDRESS. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

Echowide reads new posts from an origin account you have connected, and republishes them to destination accounts you have connected, according to flows you have configured and switched on.

• We publish only what your flows tell us to. A flow starts switched off. Nothing is published until you turn it on, and a dry run shows you exactly what would go out before anything does.
• The rules engine fails closed. When it cannot confidently decide whether a post is eligible, the post does not go out and the ledger says why. A missed cross-post is one click to fix; an unwanted one is public and permanent, so we always err towards not publishing.
• Deliveries are idempotent. Each delivery is keyed to one source post and one destination account, so a retry after a network failure cannot double-post to your audience.
• We do not write posts for you, edit your meaning, or add anything of our own to what you wrote — beyond splitting a post into a native thread, or trimming media to a platform’s documented cap, where that is the only way it can be delivered at all.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself, for the accuracy of what you connect, and for having the right to publish to every destination you connect. Connecting an account is your instruction to us to publish to it under the flows you configure.

You must not connect an account you do not control or have permission to post to. You can disconnect any account at any time, which deletes the stored credential for it.

The one rule underneath all of these: Echowide is for republishing your own posts to your own audiences. It is not a distribution tool for anything you could not have posted yourself.

• Do not use Echowide to send unsolicited bulk content, to post the same content across accounts you do not own, or to run networks of accounts designed to look independent.
• Do not publish anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights, and do not use the service to harass anyone.
• Do not use Echowide in a way that breaks the terms of a destination platform. Their rules apply to your posts on their service, and nothing here overrides them.
• Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, probe or disrupt the service, or access another account’s data.
• Keep required disclosures intact. Our default is to stop a post carrying an advertising disclosure rather than risk it going out without one somewhere; if you switch that off, the obligation to disclose is yours.

Using Echowide to spam platforms will get the account closed. Not throttled, not warned twice: closed. A cross-posting service that becomes a spam vector loses the platform integrations everyone else depends on, so this is the one thing we enforce without discretion.

The free plan is free, has no trial clock and does not expire, and is limited to one flow, two destinations and fifty cross-posts a month. Paid plans start at $9 a month and raise those limits; the current plans and what each one includes are on the pricing page.

• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.
• Paid plans, when billing is live, renew for the period you chose until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the account running until the end of the period already paid for.
• If you exceed a plan limit we stop publishing further cross-posts for that period rather than billing you for them, and the ledger says so.
• If we raise a price, it takes effect at your next renewal and we tell you before it does.

Billing is not live yet. While it is not, the paid plans cannot be purchased and everything the service can currently do is available on the free plan.

Every destination is somebody else’s service, reached through somebody else’s API, under terms and rate limits they set and change without telling us.

• We do not warrant that any platform will be available, that its API will keep working the way it does today, or that a given post will be accepted by it.
• A platform may reject, delay, rank down, or remove a post for its own reasons. When it tells us why, we show you its reason verbatim. When it does not, we say that instead of guessing.
• A platform may revoke our access, or yours, at any time. If an integration stops being possible we will say so plainly rather than leave a dead option in the interface.
• Your relationship with each platform is between you and them, and their terms govern your content there.

We aim to keep Echowide running continuously and to say so publicly when it is not. We do not offer a service level guarantee, and the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for the consequences of a third-party platform failing to publish or removing a post; and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You keep every right in what you post. You grant us only the permission the service needs to work: to read the posts a flow covers, to store them, to adapt them where a destination requires it — splitting into a thread, or re-encoding media to the platform’s cap — and to publish them to the destinations you chose. That permission ends when you disconnect the account or delete yours.

• You, at any time: disconnect your accounts, or ask us to delete yours. See the privacy policy for what deletion covers and how long it takes.
• Us, with reasonable notice, if we stop offering the service or a plan — and immediately, without notice, if an account is used to spam, to publish unlawful content, or in a way that puts our platform integrations at risk.
• On termination we stop publishing, the stored credentials are deleted, and the ledger is retained for no more than thirty days.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and for a change that materially affects you we tell account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance; if you would rather not, close the account.

These terms are governed by the law of GOVERNING JURISDICTION, and the courts of GOVERNING JURISDICTION have exclusive jurisdiction, without depriving you of any protection the law of your own country of residence gives you.
